Bio

As an Outdoor Education Instructor, Carrie is constantly on the hunt for adventure. Living in Scotland provides a great base to enjoy the outdoors and explore the amazing - and often remote - mountains and coastlines. Carrie is always on the lookout for new trails and big cliffs to jump off, while trying to get the perfect picture at the same time!

Signature Sueño

A strong Margarita with lots of lime and a hint of chilli. Always a winner after a long day in the outdoors.

MARGARITA

60ml El Sueño Tequila Gold
25ml Lime juice
15ml Agave syrup
Chilli pepper

1. Prepare a tumbler glass by creating a salt rim (spread salt on a plate, run a lime wedge around the tumbler and twist the glass on the plate).
2. Chop a piece of chilli and muddle in a cocktail shaker.
3. Add the El Sueño Tequila Gold, lime juice and Agave syrup to the cocktail shaker with ice.
4. Shake until cold.
5. Strain into a tumbler over ice.
6. Garnish with half a chilli pepper.
