El Sueño Tequila was born from the experience of 5 generations of Agave growers and Tequila makers, as well as the love for the spirit that two good friends shared.

They have been made with only the finest mature highland and lowland Weber Blue Agave, quality natural ingredients and perfected using traditional batch production methods.

The results are a range of wonderfully smooth, floral yet creamy Tequilas and flavoured Tequila Liqueurs that are perfect neat, with a mixer or in your favourite cocktail.

Our proactive approach to producing sustainable Tequila means that El Sueño is not just great to taste, but ensures a future for Agave spirits too.

OUR AGAVE

Our Agave all comes from known and trusted sources to us and is grown to full maturity for at least 9 years. This is the perfect time to harvest for the best syrup.

COOKING

We use a blend of traditional clay ovens (Hornos) and autoclaves to cook our Agave that helps deliver the perfect Agave taste and finish.

SPRING WATER

Our distillery is unique in the sense it has a natural spring in the centre of it that feeds pure volcanic spring water. We only use this water in our Tequilas, adding to its clean and crisp nature.

SUSTAINABLE

We work with our distillery to deliver sustainability for Agave crops, the local wildlife and the overall environment. Discover more about our approach to proactive sustainability.
